Kedar Bhusal is a Nepalese film producer, executive producer, and line producer with over decades of experience in the film and television industry. Beginning his career in 2012, he has built extensive experience across feature films, documentaries, television productions, commercials, and international co-productions, working in creative, managerial, and executive leadership roles.

As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Flicker Arts Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., Kedar leads the company's creative vision, strategic growth, and international engagement. He oversees project development, financing, production, festival strategy, and global partnerships while fostering collaborations with filmmakers, producers, broadcasters, distributors, and cultural institutions worldwide.

Throughout his career, Kedar has represented projects at leading international film festivals, documentary labs, and co-production markets, strengthening creative collaborations between Nepal and the international filmmaking community.
