Manoj Joshi is an experienced Production Controller and Head of Production at Flicker Arts Entertainment, with over a decade of experience in film and audiovisual production. Since 2014, he has worked across feature films, international productions, television commercials, music videos, and documentary projects, specializing in production planning, scheduling, resource management, coordination, and on-ground execution.

Manoj has contributed to several international productions filmed in Nepal, including the Hollywood feature Fracture, South Indian films Jack and Merai, the Telugu-language feature Padi Padi Leche Manasu, and the ZEE5 web series The Casino. His credits also include Dil Pe Zakhm, a T-Series India music video, and #ICanYouCan for Nicotex and National Geographic.

Alongside international productions, he has supervised television commercials for leading brands including Honda, Ncell (Axiata), and Prabhu Bank, as well as numerous Nepali music and commercial productions.

Known for his strong organizational and leadership skills, Manoj works closely with production teams, clients, suppliers, and creative departments to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high professional standard. His extensive experience in managing complex productions in Nepal makes him a valuable member of Flicker Arts' production team and a reliable partner for local and international filmmakers.

He currently serves as a Central Committee Member of the Nepal Film Technician Association (NEFTA) and continues to contribute to the professional development of Nepal's film and production sector.
